CEO ENGIE NORTH AMERICA
With 3,200 employees and $4.5Bn in revenues, ENGIE North America manages a range of energy businesses, including electricity generation, natural gas distribution and sales, retail energy sales, and services to help their customers run their facilities more efficiently and optimize energy use and expense. ENGIE North America focuses more and more on renewables and energy efficiency.
Between 2014 and 2016, Frank served as the Executive Vice President of ENGIE’s international division in charge of the business development of energy services activities all over the world. He lead the teams that acquired companies in the US, Chile, Singapore and Australia.
He was previously the CEO of CPCU, the district heating system of Paris (4,200 MW, 600 km of network), and worked in Dubai, UAE, and Santiago, Chile, for ENGIE.
Before this, Frank held various positions in the French Ministry of Finance and as an advisor of the French Prime Minister François Fillon from 2007 to the end of 2009.
Frank graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique and the “Corps des Mines” in France and also obtained a master’s degree in finance from Universite Paris VI Pierre-et-Marie-Curie.
Frank is currently based in Houston, Texas.
